Liviu Negoita becomes new Prime Minister designate

The Mayor of Bucharest’s Sector 3, Liviu Negoita, who was appointed Friday as Romania’s new Prime Minister by President Traian Basescu, has announced that he will submit the list with his government team and governing program to Parliament, whose vote will likely be scheduled later in the week.
