Romania’s core capital market recovers 1.85% at closing bell, the five SIFs gain 1.32%

Liquidity reduced to 24.29 million lei, from 27.03 million lei in the previous session.

The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE soared 1.53 percent to 6,109.39 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies climbed 1.85 percent to 3,655.27.

The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF advanced 1.32 percent to 32,559.46 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna jumped 1.80 percent to 12,348.34.

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies rose 1.55 percent to 608.77 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market hiked 1.49 percent to 834.36.

Romania’s top oil company Petrom (SNP) inched 0.55 percent to 0.3660 lei, after sponging deals of 4.01 million lei.

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) nudged up 1.60 percent to 1.90 lei, while SIF Transilvania (SIF3) won 1.18 percent to 0.86 lei.
