Liquidity totaled 34.76 million lei at closing bell, versus 35.05 million lei in the previous session.
The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE lowered 2.13 percent to 5,782.81 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies lost 1.64 percent to 3,497.95.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF crashed 2.94 percent to 29,831.78 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna sank 1.58 percent to 11,866.67.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies tumbled 2.07 percent to 570.53 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market plummeted 2.81 percent to 788.34.
Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) were the most liquid on the market and drew 12.78 million lei, but depreciated 2.70 percent to 1.80 lei. Those of SIF Moldova (SIF2) cheapened 2.14 percent to 1.37 lei.
On the banking sector, Banca Transilvania (TLV) inched 0.44 percent to 2.26 lei and BRD SocGen (BRD) idled at 15.30 lei. Erste Bank (EBS) reduced 1.07 percent to 139 lei.
