The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE lowered 0.36 percent to 5,965.35 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies slipped 0.42 percent to 3,519.93.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF sank 0.46 percent to 32,132.89 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna reduced 0.36 percent to 11,931.93.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies decreased 0.37 percent to 593.63 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market eased 0.06 percent to 805.64.
Shares of drilling company Dafora Medias (DAFR) were the most liquid on the market and hiked 3.61 percent to 0.172 lei, following deals of 2.93 million lei. Romania’s top oil company Petrom (SNP) plummeted 1.15 percent to 0.344 lei.
SIF Oltenia (SIF5) depreciated 0.55 percent to 1.81 lei and SIF Moldova (SIF2) tumbled 0.66 percent to 1.50 lei.
On the banking sector, Banca Transilvania (TLV) fell 0.43 percent to 2.31 lei, while BRD SocGen (BRD) idled at 15.60 lei.
