The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE added 0.14 percent to 5,548.99 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies soared 0.18 percent to 3,210.26.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF idled at 29,453.83 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna eased 0.01 percent to 11,043.99.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies inched 0.07 percent to 544.92 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market gained 0.32 percent to 744.14.
Shares of top oil company Petrom (SNP) were the most traded this session, following deals of 2.2 million lei, and climbed 0.35 percent to 0.286 lei, while Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC) hiked 1.08 percent to 0.0751 lei.
SIF Oltenia (SIF5) remained at 1.59 lei per share, while SIF Moldova (SIF2) parked at 1.39 lei.
On the banking sector, BRD SocGen (BRD) advanced 0.69 percent to 14.60 lei, while Erste Bank (EBS) lost 0.25 percent to 117.90 lei.
