At present, in most companies (84 percent), the monthly salaries of those working in sales who do not have management positions are below €500 net, although some companies offer net monthly salaries of more than €2,000.
“In spite of the current economic context, there are companies which take care of skilled employees. This care is especially seen at the top management level. A sales manager can earn up to €6,000 net per month and may receive bonuses worth in excess of the value of his or her annual salary,” Accelera’s General Manager, Bogdan Comanescu, said.
The study also reveals the fact that only 33 percent of the companies registered increases in sales compared to last year. In the companies affected by the economic crisis, sales fell 5-30 percent.
